The podcast is back for a second season!
To get this season started, I’m doing a quick introduction to Cultural Intelligence (CQ) and how it helps us communicate more effectively across cultures and differences. I also explore how it helps us to understand and connect with individuals from different backgrounds, and examine it’s impact on my own experiences of living and working across cultures.
Throughout this season’e episodes, I’ll be talking to experts from the fields of communication, workplace culture, intercultural relations, organisational psychology and Cultural Intelligence (CQ) about how we can transform the way we communicate across cultures and differences.
These fascinating and often challenging conversations will take us from Albania to Australia, New Zealand to Venezuela, South Africa to Scotland, and from the US to the UK, via a few other stops!
Each episode is around 15 minutes long, just enough to get you thinking and hopefully joining me for more conversations about transforming how we communicate more effectively across cultures and differences.
